Rebecca and Quinn are the owners of Ambitious Baker, a local sourdough-focused bakery in Regina! We started our business in 2020 when we realized that finding a variety of sourdough bread options in town was a tricky task. To solve this problem, we decided to make what we couldn’t find and changed career paths to run Ambitious Baker full time. As self-declared food lovers, we turned our passion into our current business.
